STORY
'The Fish Dish' is a pop up restaurant situated
on the top floor of the Quay Theatre
in Sudbury, Suffolk.
It is owned by the locally well renowned and independent family run business,
Munro's fishmongers which has been
established since 1997.

The Fish Dish is ran by Carolyn Munro who wanted to bring a memorable experience to fish dining.
Carolyn has attended Rick Steins seafood cookery course and has a wealth of experience and knowledge having worked with Munro's fishmongers in sourcing, preparing and presenting fresh fish, smoked fish and seafood for nearly 10 years.
The Fish Dish's menu changes monthly and offers freshly prepared seasonal dishes with all of the fish coming from Munro's Fishmongers. There are 3-4 choices of starters and main cources each month, (Vegetarian options available on request) along with home made desserts and or a cheese board.
There is wine to compliment each course as well as the Quay Theatres bar for all other drinks and you can also pre-order fresh fish platters.

Munro's fishmongers has been established for over 20 years. They specialise in fresh, smoked and shellfish which are all obtained on a daily basis from Lowestoft and Billingsgate Market with the fresh crab and lobster sourced from Cromer.
You can find Munro's trading on Thursdays and Saturdays
in the market town of Sudbury Suffolk and on Fridays
at Peas Market Square in Haverhill, Suffolk.
